I had the pleasure of staying at GRISCHA Hotel for three nights over the weekend in August, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, boasting a stylish and modern design with an alpine touch that adds a unique charm. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, combining contemporary elements with cozy alpine details that made it feel like a luxurious mountain retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's central location, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spaces available directly at the hotel—a huge plus for someone like me who was traveling by motorbike. The service at GRISCHA Hotel is truly top-notch. I had some laundry that needed to be done after getting caught in the rain, and the staff handled it efficiently and with a smile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here, and it really made my stay even more enjoyable. A big congratulations to the General Manager, Mr. Cyrill Ackerman, and his entire Grischa Family for creating such a welcoming and well-run hotel. I can’t recommend GRISCHA Hotel enough and look forward to my next visit!

I arrived alone with my dog and was given a very friendly welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The room is perfect for someone traveling alone to Davos, with or without a dog. I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

Ein Hotel mit Anspruch ein 4 Sterne Superior Haus zu sein, jedoch tatsächlich an diesem vorbeigeht. Bei Ankunft keinerlei Informationen über die Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants, die wir gerne alle getestet hätten. Das Hotel wirbt ja mit kulinarischen Genüssen. Es wurde eine Halbpension angeboten, die sich jedoch als vollkommen überflüssig herausstellte, da die Restaurants eben kein extra Menü anboten. Bei Ankunft auch keine Information über die Gästekarte in Davos. Was ist hier inkludiert und vor allem was nicht! Eine Karte anzubieten und hier nur den Transport der Bikes zu inkludieren, ohne den Personentransport ist wirklich unnötig. Dies hat für uns nichts mit Bikehotel zu tun. Da sind wir doch bessere Leistungen gewohnt. Auch das Zimmer war leider ohne Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Dies entspricht nicht den Standards eines solchen Hotels. Zumindest in einem 4 Sterne plus Hotel. Es gab nicht einmal Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage gab das Personal an, man solle sich Leitungswasser in die bereitgestellte Flasche abfüllen. Dies wurde jedoch -wie erwähnt- erst auf Nachfrage angegeben. Die Dusche hatte keine Dichtung. Diese war abgerissen und wurde nicht instandgesetzt. Sie lag indes im Bad. Da die Hauptrestaurants leider über das Wochenende bis zum Montag hin geschlossen waren und wir nicht im Hause essen konnten, bot das Hotel einen Fahrservice an, der uns in die zugehörigen Restaurants verbrachte. Leider war auch hier nicht alles in Ordnung. Wir mussten an zwei Tagen ca. 15 Minuten auf den Fahrer vorm Hotel warten, der dann abermals auf Nachfrage hin auch kam. An einem Tage war dann noch die geöffnete Flasche Wein vom Vorabend verschwunden. Auch der Tisch im Restaurant wurde vergessen zu reservieren. Ein heilloses Durcheinander, dass die Stimmung am Abend doch verdunkelte, obwohl dann wieder auf Nachfrage eine Ersatzflasche geöffnet wurde. Insgesamt müssen wir feststellen, dass das Hotel dem Anspruch eines 4 Sterne Superior Hotels leider nicht gerecht wird. Zu wenig geschultes Personal und keine klare Struktur. Wirklich Schade. Wir hatten wirklich mehr erhofft. Wir hoffen mit diesem Beitrag ein ehrliches und konstruktives Feedback zu geben.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Ich habe 1-2 Mal dort übernachtet, einfach perfekt. Die Bar ist auch sehr angenehm und elegant. Eine Sache gefällt mir gar nicht. Wenn mein Bier fertig ist, fragt das Personal sofort ob ich noch etwas will. Ich hasse das.

Excellent location right opposite train station. Staff very friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy but design took over the needs of the international traveller ie rooms were very dark especially infront of full length mirror having black moody environment in all areas, plug socket required grovelling under the bedside cabinets to plug adapters in. Bathroom lighting also dim and weak extractor fan. No tea or coffee makings in the room. A request for ironing board was refused for some reason although they did offer an ironing service but at a cost of course. Tap water was charged for at 2 chf at the table when complementary in room. No air con in room due to eco measures apparently.

Great hotel with excellent food, perfectly located just next to Davos Platz railway station.

Prachtig hotel met mooie ruime kamers! Het ontbijt is fantastisch met veel keus.

Beautiful hotel located opposite the small railway station and just one elevator ride away from central Davos, beautiful interior design, three excellent restaurants and super friendly staff.
