Pssst… Have you heard? Grischa is expanding its gastronomic world. At the Apollo restaurant, you can expect the very finest in fine dining. Embark upon a culinary adventure in the familiar, relaxed Grischa atmosphere with only the best food and drinks. 

Thomas Huber and his team will be offering a choice of two gourmet menus, combining regional products and exceptional international specialities. 


Children aged 12 and over are welcome and choose also from the two Apollo menus.


Menu

Modern, alpine, French-Mediterranean, cosmopolitan and yet regional and seasonal.

In keeping with our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare, regional Swiss ingredients are at the heart of all our dishes and central to our culinary philosophy.

Instead of a traditional à la carte menu, Thomas Huber will create two multi-course set menus every fortnight. There’ll be plenty for meat and fish lovers to enjoy, as well as vegetarians.  

Committed to sustainability and animal welfare

In keeping with our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare, our dishes are created using as many regional Swiss ingredients as possible. We therefore set great store by building relationships with local suppliers and working with these whenever possible. However, we are not afraid to also include the best international foods and components in our menu from time to time.

Team

The fine dining restaurant is the brainchild of Executive Chef, Thomas Huber, and his sous-chef, Sergiu Midori. They have been working at the Grischa for more than a year and have also put their creative signature to the realignment of the Pulsa restaurant. With the Apollo, Thomas Huber and his team are creating a premium culinary destination for true connoisseurs. He and his team will prepare the gourmet highlights in an open kitchen.

Opening hours

The Apollo restaurant is open from Thursdays to Saturdays from 6 pm.
