FAQ
Are there rooms with mountain views?
Many of our rooms offer a wonderful view of the Davos mountain landscape. Most rooms also have their own balcony, where you can enjoy the view in peace and quiet.
Can the booking be cancelled free of charge?
Direct bookings can be cancelled easily up to 5 days in advance. After that, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
Are there blackout curtains?
All of our rooms have blackout curtains, so nothing stands in the way of a short rest at any time.
Is it a real double bed or two beds pushed together?
Our double rooms and suites feature two box-spring beds with separate mattresses. The beds are fixed between the bedside tables and therefore cannot be moved apart or separated.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
Most rooms and suites have a balcony. When making a reservation, you are welcome to note your preference for a balcony and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Is there a shower, a bathtub, or both?
The bathrooms are equipped differently depending on the room category. Some rooms have a shower, others a bathtub, and selected categories offer both. For direct bookings, we recommend stating your preferred facilities.
Is there an in-room safe?
Each room has a safe for storing valuables securely.
When are check-in/out possible?
Regular check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Subject to availability, we are happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out for a surcharge of CHF 50.
Is breakfast always included, and when?
The extensive breakfast buffet is included with every room booking. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Is there a minibar/fridge in the room?
As sustainability plays an important role, the fridges are switched off. All rooms have one, which you can switch on yourself if needed. If you would like drinks, you are welcome to order them from our service team.
