Thomas Huber and his team will be offering a choice of two gourmet menus, combining regional products and exceptional international specialities.
Children aged 12 and over are welcome and choose also from the two Apollo menus.

The ingredients for each dish are sourced from regional and Swiss products, as sustainability and animal welfare are top priorities in our kitchen.
Instead of a traditional menu, Thomas Huber creates two multi-course menus every two weeks. These menus cater to meat and fish lovers as well as vegetarians, ensuring everyone can enjoy a delightful dining experience.
Children aged 12 and above are warmly welcome and can also choose from the two Apollo menu.
In keeping with our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare, our dishes are created using as many regional Swiss ingredients as possible. We therefore set great store by building relationships with local suppliers and working with these whenever possible. However, we are not afraid to also include the best international foods and components in our menu from time to time.

The fine dining restaurant is the brainchild of Executive Chef, Thomas Huber, and his sous-chef, Sergiu Midori. They have been working at the Grischa for more than a year and have also put their creative signature to the realignment of the Pulsa restaurant. With the Apollo, Thomas Huber and his team are creating a premium culinary destination for true connoisseurs. He and his team will prepare the gourmet highlights in an open kitchen.

Open: Wednesday to Saturdays from 6 pm
