The two chefs combine French haute cuisine with Alpine product-driven cooking, creating a jointly developed menu defined by precise craftsmanship, depth and clear flavours. For 17 years, he has been running a restaurant at Hôtel Le Parc in Carcassonne that stands for understated elegance and precise, clear flavours.
Franck Putelat is among the chefs who place the product at the very centre of their cuisine. He searches for its original quality and character – and highlights exactly these attributes. His menus move between land and sea, between the Jura and the Mediterranean, between origin and chosen home.
Awards: Bocuse d’Argent winner 2003, holder of two Michelin stars since 2012, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France since 2019 (one of France’s most prestigious titles for craftsmanship).
He cooks what inspires him on that particular day, telling a personal culinary story – without grand staging. His confident technique allows him to strike a fine balance while continuously exploring new ideas. The result is a culinary experience that appeals to all the senses.

At the Fine Dine restaurant APOLLO, he has found his stage. As Executive Chef at Grischa – DAS Hotel Davos, Thomas Huber stands for a clear, precise style of cooking that places the product at the centre. At the end of 2025, he was awarded one Michelin star and 15 points by Gault Millau.
Huber works with the character of each ingredient – its texture, aroma and origin – shaping menus that move between meat and fish, Alpine tradition and international influences. He is equally confident in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, reinterpreting classics in his own distinctive way.
His cuisine follows seasonal produce, clear ideas and a high level of craftsmanship. The result is expressive dishes, served in a relaxed atmosphere that combines genuine hospitality with understated elegance.

Easter Sunday Kitchen Party
Easter is best celebrated where people cook together, laugh together and enjoy life well into the night.
On Easter Sunday, we invite you to our Italian kitchen party with “Pasta, Vini e Amici”. Celebrate right in the kitchen, watch our chefs prepare the dishes and immerse yourself in true Italianità.
From the very first aperitif at 7 p.m., the kitchen comes alive: Scacciapensieri sets the mood as aromas of fresh pasta, pan-seared fish and Mediterranean herbs fill the air, instantly awakening your appetite. Move freely from station to station — taste, discover and enjoy. The live band Scacciapensieri will accompany you from the aperitif all the way to the party at Pulsa, bringing Italian groove and funky beats throughout the evening.
What awaits you in our kitchen
Various live cooking stations featuring fish and seafood, pulpo and frutti di mare salad, antipasti, and freshly homemade pasta served directly from a large Parmesan wheel. Enjoy tagliata of beef, sea bass with vegetables, white wine risotto, and to finish the evening at Pulsa Restaurant, a generous buffet of dolci e formaggi. Selected wines and drinks are included.

Grischa TASTEival
Authentic, fresh and tasty!
This Saturday, the Arkadenplatz will be the scene of a unique food festival. It’s all about the versatile Grischa culinary.
The chefs of our 6 restaurants will prepare their typical dishes on site and you will have the opportunity to taste as you wish. With the “Culinary Pass” you can buy four tasting portions for CHF 55 and enjoy a dessert for free. Of course you can also order single portions at the booth.
Kids can romp around on the bouncy castle or have a nice drawing put on their face, while the grown-ups meet at the long table for a pleasant chat and enjoy themselves.
And don’t worry – drinks, perfectly matched wines and music are all taken care of.
From 4.00 pm, the BIERANJAS will entertain you with their brass show: 20 musicians, well-known hits and pure joy of playing.
Please note, our event will only take place in nice and sunny weather.
