Join us this Friday for our traditional Brunch August 1st celebrating Swiss National Day, set against the stunning mountain backdrop of Schwarzsee in Davos Laret.
From 9:30 a.m., we’ll welcome you with a delicious breakfast buffet featuring regional specialties: fresh bread from Bäckerei Weber, butter and milk from the Davos dairy, and later on, a variety of grilled delights and fresh salads. Traditional Alpine sounds will be provided by the Alphorn Trio Alpenrose, adding to the festive mountain atmosphere.

Wild & Wine Evening with Hannes Reeh Wines

Christoph Heigert from Hannes Reeh Wines will guide you through the exquisite wines of Hannes Reeh, perfectly paired with autumnal game dishes.
Executive Chef Thomas Huber creates a 4-course menu using meat from local Grisons hunt and regional ingredients whenever possible – featuring venison tartare with wild herbs, delicate wild consommé with truffle dumplings, roasted venison with lingonberry jus and spaetzli, and finishing with a sweet chestnut mousse.
All this for CHF 145 per person – including aperitif, 11 selected wines, water, and coffee.
