Winter sports without limits

Davos is both the highest city in Europe and a pioneering destination for modern winter sports. The region has something for everyone, not only skiers and snowboarders. It is also a Mecca for cross-country skiing and ice sports and is extremely popular for winter walks, ski and snowshoe tours.

Davos Klosters Inside

The free guest programme Davos Klosters Inside offers our guests winter experiences accompanied by local insiders. There are around 30 free experiences on offer from mid-December to early April in a range of different categories. The individual activities can be booked online two weeks beforehand.

Cross-country skiing

Davos Klosters’ well-maintained network of ski trails includes over 100 km of traditional trails and 75 km of skating trails, and is available to all guests free of charge. There is something for everyone here: from beginners through to Olympic champions. What’s more, the start of the 4.5 km-long Bolgen – Höf – Islen circular trail is situated almost in front of the Grischa.

Winter hikes

With around 160 km of winter hiking trails, Davos Klosters also has something for the seasoned hiker, even in winter. Walkers will find homely ‘Baizli’ guesthouses en route, and many a trek through the snow can also be combined with a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride.
