On Easter Sunday, we invite you to our Italian kitchen party with “Pasta, Vini e Amici”. Celebrate right in the kitchen, watch our chefs prepare the dishes and immerse yourself in true Italianità.
From the very first aperitif, the kitchen comes alive: Scacciapensieri sets the mood as aromas of fresh pasta, pan-seared fish and Mediterranean herbs fill the air, instantly awakening your appetite. Move freely from station to station — taste, discover and enjoy. The live band Scacciapensieri will accompany you from the aperitif all the way to the party at Pulsa, bringing Italian groove and funky beats throughout the evening.
What awaits you in our kitchen
Various live cooking stations featuring fish and seafood, pulpo and frutti di mare salad, antipasti, and freshly homemade pasta served directly from a large Parmesan wheel. Enjoy tagliata of beef, sea bass with vegetables, white wine risotto, and to finish the evening at Pulsa Restaurant, a generous buffet of dolci e formaggi. Selected wines and drinks are included.
