Single trail paradise

The Davos Trail Crew works hard every day to deliver endless hours of biking pleasure to our mountain biking guests. The Alpine single trails offer plenty of thrills and spills and are guaranteed to put a smile on the face of any experienced mountain biker. In Davos Klosters, however, there are also a number of tours that are perfect for beginners, families and cyclists who prefer a more leisurely pace.

Mountain bikes are permitted on the hiking routes here, but there are also a number of trails reserved exclusively for bikes. Bikes can be transported on all of the cable cars and mountain railways of DAVOS KLOSTERS MOUNTAINS. For everyone on the mountain, the motto is ‘FAIRtrail’. Bike riders and hikers alike are expected to behave in a considerate manner towards one another. This rule is particularly applicable on the more than 1,300 kilometres of mountain trails.

The five mountain peaks around Davos are all accessible by cable car or mountain railway, which continue to run in the summer months. The Jakobshorn cable car, which takes you up one of the region’s most popular mountains for mountain biking, departs from directly in front of the GRISCHA hotel entrance. However, you will also find lifts or trains to any of the local mountain peaks, Parsenn, Rinerhorn, Schatzalp, Gotschna and Madrisa, delivering you to the very heart of this single trail paradise.
