Hiking Suggestions
Welcome to the Hiking Paradise
The Davos Klosters hiking region warmly welcomes you with a well-signposted network of over 700 kilometers of hiking trails. Here, you’ll find everything that makes true ‘hiking enthusiasts’ happy: from challenging summit tours and enjoyable panoramic hikes to leisurely routes on the valley floor or through picturesque side valleys. That’s why we have compiled some tour suggestions for you.
Families with children will also find plenty to enjoy in Davos Klosters, as in addition to rides on various mountain railways, countless themed trails, the ‘GWunderwald’ nature experience, the ‘Zwergenweg’ (Dwarf Trail), and the legendary mythical world of ‘Madrisa-Land’ in Klosters await.

Davos 9 Alpine Tour
This moderately difficult tour extends over approximately 23 km and leads you along the sunny side across nine alpine pastures with breathtaking views. You have the option to adjust or shorten the route as you wish. We recommend making a stop at the cozy Berghaus Stafelalp. Finally, the descent to Glaris awaits, marking the conclusion of this unforgettable hike.

Gadäwäg Klosters
Discover a simple but beautiful hike from Monbiel to Russna in Klosters. Along the way, you’ll encounter converted stables (Gadä) with exciting presentations on mountain farming and tourism. Experience the natural beauty of the surroundings and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of hiking.

Flüela Schwarzhorn
An unforgettable summit experience awaits you on the Flüela Schwarzhorn, which stands proudly at 3,103 m above sea level. The ascent is pleasant, and the view is simply fantastic, especially at sunrise. In clear weather, the view even extends to the Valais Alps. You can easily reach the starting point at Flüelapass by post bus. You should plan about four hours for the entire tour.

Jöriseen Circular Tour
Beautiful circular hike and a very popular photo motif. From Winterlücke, one can enjoy the beautiful view of the Jöriseen and the Jörigletscher, with the peaks of the Silvretta Massif and Piz Linard above them. The five Jöriseen captivate with their color combination of milky blue-green, turquoise, deep dark green, glass-green, and algae-green. “Simply beautiful!”
