Swiss actor Stefan Gubser is an mountain and nature lover. He loves good, regional, authentic cuisine and enjoys an exquisite glass of wine. He finds relaxation in hiking or winter sports – and afterwards enjoys a good meal.

Stefan Gubser reads literature in German by Michael Theurillat, the award-winning Swiss crime novelist.

At the following dinner, Stefan moves into the supporting role as epicure and leaves the main role to Thomas Huber, our Executive Chef with his brigade.
